By using HtStudio, you agree to the following terms.
License
HtStudio is owned by EnderArcane Studio. Free use for personal and educational purposes is permitted. Copying, redistributing or rebranding the HtStudio site itself for commercial purposes is prohibited without written permission.
Your Projects
You own all rights to the code and projects you create in HtStudio. We claim no rights over your project content, whether stored locally or backed up through Google Sign-In.
Account and Cloud Backup
If you use Google Sign-In and cloud backup, you are responsible for the security of your Google account. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from a compromised account, a service outage or the deletion of your Google account.
Remote Builds
The APK/EXE build feature depends on third-party servers (Hugging Face Spaces) that we operate, but which may at times be slow, unavailable or rate-limited. Builds are provided on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed.
Rules of Use
You may use HtStudio for lawful purposes only. Creating malware, phishing tools, illegal content or apps that violate the rights of others is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse service to any project that violates these rules.
Disclaimer
HtStudio is provided "as is" without any warranty. EnderArcane Studio cannot be held liable for any damage, data loss or business interruption arising from the use of the site, the build servers or any app you create with it.
Changes
These terms may be updated as new features are added. Continuing to use HtStudio after changes means you accept the updated terms.
